By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Dec 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Refined flour (maida), Dark cooking chocolate Cuisine Fusion Course Beverages Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Chocolate Fruit Martini 3/4 cup Refined flour (maida) 1 cup + for garnishing Dark cooking chocolate chopped 2 cups Fresh fruits chopped 2 cups Fresh cream 1 cup Icing sugar 1 eight - inch Chocolate sponge cake cut into pieces 12 Chocolate chip biscuits Method Whisk cream and icing sugar in a bowl till thick. Divide the mixture into two equal portions, set aside. Melt cooking chocolate in a microwave for a minute or till it melts completely and no lumps remain. Add this to one portion of the cream mixture. Crumb the chocolate sponge cake and mix with the chocolate-cream mixture. Place the sponge mixture in Martini glasses and top it with a layer of plain cream-sugar mixture. Place chopped fruits on top and refrigerate for one hour. Crush chocolate chip biscuits and sprinkle on top. Serve chilled.
