Add sugar and saute for 1-2 minutes or till the sugar melts. Transfer the carrot along with the syrup into a bowl. Add cinnamon powder, green cardamom powder and cake pieces and mix well. Boil sufficient water in a non-stick kadai. Put the chocolate in a bowl and place the bowl in the kadai and stir till chocolate melts. Shape the carrot mixture into elongated balls. Pierce a stick from one end. Coat with the melted chocolate and garnish with sprinklers. Set in the refrigerator for 2-3 minutes. Arrange on a serving plate and serve.
