Marinate in a refrigerator for 5-10 minutes. Grind together ginger, garlic, mint leaves, olive oil, sriracha sauce/red chilli sauce and brown sugar into a smooth mixture. Add ground mixture to the chicken wings and mix well. Marinate in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours. Preheat oven to 200º C. Add 1 tsp onion seeds to the marinated chicken and mix well. Place the wings on a baking tray, spread the leftover marinade on top and sprinkle remaining onion seeds on top. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes. Arrange on a serving plate and serve hot.
