By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Advertisment Main Ingredients Boneless chicken breasts, Vol-au-vent puff pastries Cuisine French Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Vol-au-vent 150 grams Boneless chicken breasts cut into small cubes 12-16 Vol-au-vent puff pastries 1 teaspoon Oil 8-10 Garlic cloves chopped 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes 1/4 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns to taste Salt 5-6 fresh thyme sprigs 8-9 Basil leaves chopped 2 tablespoons Cream cheese for garnishing Parsley sprigs Advertisment Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add chicken cubes and sauté. Add red chilli flakes, crushed peppercorns, salt, thyme and basil. Toss well and cook till the chicken is done. Switch off heat, transfer in a bowl and cool to room temperature. Add cream cheese and mix well. Stuff this mixture into the vol-au-vent puff pastries. Garnish with parsley sprigs and serve immediately.
