Ingredients list for Chicken Liver Masala

  • 1 kilogram Chicken liver
  • 100 grams Yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin-coriander powder
  • 2 tablespoons Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoons Garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Oil

Method

  1. Marinate chicken liver with yogurt, red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder, half of the ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, salt. Set aside for two hours.
  2. Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for two minutes.
  3. Add tomato paste and sauté for two to three minutes.
  4. Add marinated chicken liver. Sauté and cook for fifteen to twenty minutes. Check the seasonings.
  5. Serve hot with roti.
