By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Dec 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless Chicken, Kasoori Methi Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Chicken Kasoori Methi 400 grams Boneless Chicken cut into ½ inch cubes 2 tablespoons Kasoori Methi roasted and powdered 3 teaspoons Ginger-garlic paste 2 teaspoons Lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Oil 2 medium Onions chopped 1 cup Cream Method Advertisment Combine chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt in a bowl and set aside to marinate for ten to twenty minutes. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onion and sauté till it turns golden. Add marinated chicken, mix well and cook till the chicken is three-fourth done. Add cream and powdered fenugreek leaves and mix well. Cook for three minutes or till the chicken is fully done. Serve hot.
