Ingredients list for Chicken Kale and Ginger Stir Fry

  • 50 grams Boneless chicken breasts sliced
  • 1 inch Ginger grated
  • 1 cup Kale leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 medium Carrot peeled and cut into matchsticks
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Boil kale leaves for five minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add chicken and stir-fry for five minutes.
  3. Add ginger, carrot and red bell pepper, mix and stir-fry for three minutes.
  4. Add kale, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, salt and two tablespoons water, mix and cook for two to three minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
