By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken, Pasta Cuisine Fusion Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Fajita Pasta 250 grams Boneless chicken cut into thin strips 2 cups Pasta farfalle, boiled 1 tablespoon Oil 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped 1 medium Onion cut into thin roundels and layers separated to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Cumin powder 1 teaspoon Dried oregano ¼ medium Red capsicum cut into thin strips ¼ medium yellow capsicum cut into thin strips 1 tablespoon Red chilli sauce to taste Crushed black peppercorns 1 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add onion and sauté till translucent. Add salt and mix. Add chicken, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add cumin powder, oregano, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, chili sauce and crushed peppercorns, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add coriander leaves and fajita spice mix and mix well. Add pasta, mix and cook for 1 minute. Reduce heat and cook for 2-3 minutes.
