Ingredients list for Chicken Broasted

  • 8 Chicken drumsticks
  • for coatin Rice flour
  • Oil 3 tablespoon
  • 2 tablespoons Ginger paste
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons Red chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoons Turmeric powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • For batter
  • 1 cup Refined flour (maida)
  • 4 tablespoons Cornflour/ corn starch
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns
  • ½ teaspoon Green cardamom powder
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Heat one tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. Add ginger paste and garlic paste, mix and sauté on low heat for one minute.
  2. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well. Remove from heat and cool.
