Ingredients for Cherry Pops Recipe
Fresh cherries 10
Dark chocolate sponge cake crumbs 1
Sugar syrup as required
White chocolate ½ cup
Put dark chocolate sponge cake crumbs in a large bowl, add sugar syrup and mix well to make a dough.
Cover each cherry cake crumb mixture and rest for ten minutes in a refrigerator.
Put white chocolate in a bowl and melt in a microwave. Temper till the required temperature is reached. Quickly coat the cherry pops with it.
Refrigerator for four to five minutes and serve chilled.
