By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Cooked rice, Processed cheese Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Cheesy Masala Rice Balls 1 cup Cooked rice 2-3 tablespoons Processed cheese grated 1 medium Onion chopped 1 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped to taste Salt ½ teaspoon Red chilli powder ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder ½ teaspoon Chaat masala 1 tablespoon Gram flour (besan) 1 tablespoon Rice flour ½ Lemon , squeezed for deep-frying Oil Method Put rice, onion, coriander leaves, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, gram flour, rice flour, and cheese and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into balls. Deep-fry the balls in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
