Ingredients list for Cheese Fondue With Pavbhaji Masala

  • 1 cup Gruyere cheese grated
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Pav bhaji masala
  • 1 cup Emmenthaler cheese grated
  • 1 cloves Garlic halved
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/4 cup Tomato puree
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 loaf French bread

Method

  1. Heat a pan. Rub the inside of the pan with a cut clove of garlic.
  2. Put in the butter and pavbhaji masala and sauté on low heat for a minute. Add half a cup of water and mix. Stir in both the grated cheese and continue to cook for five minutes. Add tomato puree and mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a fondue set and add lemon juice. Break hard bread roughly. Ignite the fuel in the fondue set to keep the fondue warm. Stir the fondue.
  4. Pick up a bread piece with a fondue fork, dip in the fondue and eat.
