Ingredients list for Chatpate Sprouts

  • 4 cups Bean Sprouts blanched
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli sauce
  • 1 medium Tomato seeded, thin strips
  • 1 Fresh red chilli chopped
  • 1 1/2 inch piece Ginger grated
  • 4-5 Black peppercorns crushed
  • 1 Lemon
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 stalk + for garnishing Spring onion green chopped

Method

  1. Mix sprouts, honey, vinegar, oil, soy sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato, fresh red chilli and ginger in a large bowl.
  2. Add crushed black peppercorns, lemon juice, salt and spring onion greens and toss.
  3. Serve garnished with remaining spring onion greens.
