  • Grapefruit (chakotra)
    1 large
  • Red chilli powder
    1/2 teaspoon
  • Crushed black peppercorns
    1/4 teaspoon
  • Black salt (kala namak)
    1/4 teaspoon
  • Chaat masala
    1 teaspoon
  • Fresh mint leaves
    6-8

Method

Step 1


Peel the grapefruit and remove the white pith. Separate into segments, remove the seeds and place in a bowl.

Step 2


Add red chilli powder, crushed black peppercorns, black salt, chaat masala and mix well.Add mint leaves and mix.

Step 3


Transfer onto a serving plate, garnish with a mint sprig and serve immediately.
