Ingredients list for Cauliflower Koshimbir

  • 1 medium Cauiliflower grated
  • 1 medium Fresh Coriander Chopped chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut scraped
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • a pinch Asafoetida

  1. Steam grated cauliflower. Cool it. Mix all the ingredients. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds. When they splutter, add asafoetida and add this tempering to the cauliflower mixture. Mix and serve.
