Ingredients list for Canapes Supreme

  • 12 Canape cups
  • 5-6 French beans chopped
  • 2 Carrot chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Shelled green peas
  • 1 cup Hung yogurt chilled
  • 1 Apple peeled and chopped
  • 1 slice Canned pineapple chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder

  1. Blanch the French beans, carrots and peas.
  2. Mix together the hung yogurt, apple, pineapple, salt, sugar and black pepper powder in a bowl.
  3. Fill each canapé with the mixture and serve immediately.
