Ingredients for Burger Pizza Recipe

  • Burger buns 2

  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons

  • Onion 1 medium

  • Green capsicum 1 medium

  • Button mushrooms 1-2

  • Chicken Tikka 8-10

  • Tomato ketchup 1 cup

  • Mozzarella cheese grated 1 cup

  • Oregano 1/2 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

Halve burger buns and place them in anon stick pan. Drizzle a little olive oil and toast.

Step 2

Slice onion thinly, cut green capsicum into thin strips, chop button mushrooms and mix the three. Turn the burger halves, cover and cook till they turn slightly crisp.

Put some chicken tikka pieces on each, sprinkle mozzarella cheese and oregano. Cover the pan and cook till cheese melts and the base becomes crisp. Remove from the pan and serve hot.
