Heat oil in a non stick pan, add onions and garlic and sauté till lightly browned. Add spinach and mix and sauté. Add salt, pepper powder and cook till dry. Set aside in a bowl in the refrigerator to cool completely. Keep aside a little spinach for garnish and add yogurt to the rest and mix well.
