By Sanjeev Kapoor 03 Sep 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Bread Slices, Yogurt Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Bread Idli 4 Bread Slices cut into roundels 2 tablespoons Yogurt 1 medium Carrot grated to taste Salt 2 medium Potatoes boiled and mashed 2 Green chillies chopped 1/4 cup Fresh coriander leaves chopped a pinch Turmeric powder Oil for brushing Method Mix yogurt, carrot and salt in a bowl. Set aside. In another bowl, combine potato, green chillies, coriander leaves, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well. Heat a non-stick tawa. Drizzle a little oil. Apply potato mixture on one side of a bread roundel and yogurt mixture on the other side. Place the potato side of the bread on the tawa. Cover and cook till potatoes turn red. Serve hot.
