Boil green peas and make a puree of it. Heat butter in a pan and sauté the puree for three to four minutes. Keep aside. Arrange the bread slices at the base of a baking dish. In a bowl mix eggs, sugar and peas puree. Add milk and mix again. Pour this mixture over the bread slices. Sprinkle raisins, cashewnuts and press a little. Bake in the preheated oven for thirty to forty minutes.
