Add more flour or hot water as needed. Boil plenty of water in a deep pot. It is similar to cooking pasta. Pinch off the dough and roll it into a small balls in your palms and drop them into the boiling water. The balls will start rising to the top when it is cooked. Drain and set aside. Combine sugar, coconut milk and salt and heat the mixture on medium heat till the sugar dissolves. Add the cooked rice balls and serve hot.
