By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Eggs, Pavs Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Bhurji Pav 6 Eggs beaten 8 Pavs 1 teaspoon Oil 2-3 tablespoons + 2 medium Onions chopped 2 medium Tomatoes chopped to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder 2 Green chillies chopped 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onions and sauté till golden. Add tomatoes and salt and cook till oil separates. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and green chillies. Mix well and add whisked eggs. Mix well and cook, stirring continuously, till eggs are fully scrambled. Add coriander leaves, mix well and transfer on a serving plate. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in the same pan. Slit pavs horizontally in half and fry for ½ minute, pressing down on pavs 2-3 times, till crisp and light brown.
