Bhuna Masala Sandwich The readymade bhuna masala comes in handy to make some delicious sandwich toasts. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients White bread slices, Bhuna Masala Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Bhuna Masala Sandwich 8 White bread slices 1 packet Bhuna Masala readymade 1 tablespoon Oil ¼ medium Cauliflower separated into small florets and blanched 1 medium Carrot peeled, chopped and blanched 6-7 French beans stringed, chopped and blanched 2-3 medium Potatoes boiled, peeled and grated to taste Salt 6 tablespoons Butter ½ cup Cheese grated Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add bhuna masala and sauté for 1 minute. Add cauliflower, carrots, French beans and potatoes and mix well. Add salt and mix well, cook for 3-4 minutes. Mash the mixture lightly while cooking. Apply butter on one side of all the bread slices. Spread bhuna masala mixture over 4 of them. Sprinkle grated cheese and chaat masala on top and cover with the remaining bread slices. Apply a little butter on either side of the sandwiches and place them, two at a time, on a preheated griller. Grill till the sandwiches are light golden and crisp.
