By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Nov 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Gooseberries, Strawberries Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Berry Berry Crumble 1/2 cup Gooseberries 1/2 cup Strawberries 1/2 cup Red grapes 1/2 inch piece Ginger chopped 4 tablespoons Honey 1 1/3 cups Refined flour (maida) 1/3 cup Butter softened 1/4 cup Porridge Oats 2 tablespoons Brown sugar 15-20 Almond flakes 1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder Method Pre heat oven to 175ºC. Lightly grease an ovenproof dish. Quarter the bigger strawberries and halve the smaller ones. Halve the gooseberries. Halve the red grapes, remove seeds and further chop them. Transfer these fruits into a bowl, add ginger and pour two tablespoons of honey over them. Mix well. To make the crumble, sieve the flour in a bowl and rub in butter with your finger tips until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Stir in porridge oats, brown sugar, flaked almonds and cinnamon powder. Add the remaining honey and mix until well combined.
