Ingredients list for Bean And Rosemary Bruschetta

  • 1/2 cup baked Beans
  • 2 sprigs Rosemary
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a baking tray. Heat oil in a non stick pan; add garlic and sauté for two to three minutes. Add baked beans and sauté. Chop half the rosemary finely and add to the beans.
  2. Add salt, pepper powder and basil leaves and mix well. Top the baguette slices with the prepared bean mixture. Spread the cheese on top.
  3. Arrange the bread slices on the baking tray and bake in preheated oven for eight to ten minutes. Serve hot garnished with remaining rosemary sprigs.
