Drain and put bajra in a chopper jar and crush.
Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add cumin seeds, cloves, ginger and sauté till fragrant.
Add bajra and chilkewali moong dal and mix well and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
Add green chilli, turmeric powder and salt.
Sauté for 2 minutes. Add 4 cups water and mix.
Put the lid on and cook under pressure till 4-5 whistles are given out.
Let it stand till pressure reduces completely.
Serve hot with ghee or yogurt.
