By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Oct 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Baby spinach leaves, Strawberries Cuisine Fusion Course Salads Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Baby Spinach and Strawberry Salad 12-16 Baby spinach leaves 6-8 Strawberries hulled 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns 2 tablespoons Olive oil for garnishing Hazelnuts Method Refresh baby spinach leaves by placing them in a bowl with iced water for 10 minutes. Put red wine vinegar, salt, crushed peppercorns and olive oil in a bowl and whisk well. Halve strawberries and add to the bowl. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. Drain spinach leaves and add to chilled strawberries. Toss well.
