By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 May 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Baby Pizza, Mozerella Cheese Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Baby Pizzas With Mozzarella And Boiled Egg Topping 4 Baby Pizza 150 grams Mozerella Cheese grated 1 Eggs hard boiled thinly sliced 2 teaspoons Olive oil 2 cloves Garlic chopped 1/2 medium Onions chopped 8 tablespoons Tomato puree 3-4 Sundried tomatoes chopped 1/2 teaspoon Dry oregano 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli flakes to taste Salt 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder 1/2 medium Red capsicum seeded & diced 1/2 medium Green capsicum seeded & diced 4 Fresh basil leaves hand torn Method Advertisment Heat olive oil in a pan. Add garlic and onion and sauté till translucent. Add tomato puree and cook on medium heat till it reduces slightly. . Add sundried tomatoes, dry oregano, red chilli flakes, salt and black pepper powder. Mix well and cook till it gets a sauce consistency. Set aside to cool. Divide into four equal portions. Spread a portion of the sauce on each pizza base. Spread mozzarella cheese . Arrange diced capsicums. Top it up with egg slices. Place under hot grill till cheese melts completely. Serve immediately.
