Ingredients for Aval Nanachathu (Sweet Poha)

  • Pressed rice (poha) 2 cup

  • Coconut grated 1 1/2 cup

  • Jaggery (gur) grated 1 cup

  • Green cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

Combine poha, coconut, jaggery and cardamom powder in a bowl.

Step 2

Mix well adding three tablespoons of water.Keeping mixing till the poha becomes soft. Serve immediately.
