Heat ghee in another non-stick pan. Add sugar free to the hot water and stir for 2 minutes. Add atta to hot ghee and sauté, stirring continuously, for 8-10 minutes or till lightly browned. Add sugar free syrup and stir. Add green cardamom powder and cook, stirring continuously, till thick. Add more hot water if required. Serve hot.
