Crush anardana seeds. Heat butter in a pan. When it starts smoking, add potatoes and fry till red and crisp. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, crushed anardana, chopped green chillies and salt to the fried potatoes. Mix well. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
