Ingredients list for Adrak Haldi ka Pickle

  • 3 inch Fresh Ginger peeled
  • 3 inch Turmeric peeled
  • to taste Salt
  • 3-4 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 4-5 Green chillies

Method

  1. Cut ginger into thin strips. Slice fresh turmeric. Put both into a bowl, add salt and lemon juice and mix well.
  2. Roughly chop green chillies and add to the bowl and mix well.
  3. Transfer the prepared pickle into a glass bottle and serve as required.
