Add condensed milk and whisk till well combined. Add whipped cream and fold in well. Remove the top and bottom part of the strawberries and core them. Fill a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle with the cheese mixture and pipe into the strawberries and on top as well. Refrigerate for 5-10 minutes.
