Chef Tenzin Kalden
Chef Kalden. She is truly gifted and among the most talented oriental cuisine chef in the country. After completing her bachelor’s degree in hospitality and hotel administration, Chef Kalden started her career as Chef Trainee at Leela Kempinski, Mumbai – The Great Wall and eventually went onto join “The Golden Dragon” at Taj Mahal Palace and tower. She worked for more than 5 years making some of the finest Dim Sum.
After her long career in Taj, Chef Kalden moved to USA for a small stint at “The Royal Thai” That’s when the entrepreneurial bug bit her and she went head first into doing what she liked the most – cooking delicious “Dim Sums and more” - Now she has a boutique chain of restaurant called exactly that! With the combination of the love for oriental food and knowledge of the same, Chef Kalden is one of Hongkongs’ best assets! Chef Tenzin Kalden has another dream, to prepare a feast for Tibetan spiritual leader – The Dalai Lama.
