Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients list for Yorkshire Pudding

  • 1 cup Refined flour (maida)
  • 8 teaspoons Olive oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180º C. Line a baking tray with 8 tart moulds.
  2. Pour 1 teaspoon olive oil in each mould. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Break eggs and put into a plastic jar. Add milk, flour and salt and whisk well. Strain the batter into another plastic jar, cover and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into tart moulds. Place the baking tray back in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Demould and serve hot.
