By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Apr 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Mutton mince (keema), Onions Cuisine Turkish, , , , Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Turkish Kabab 400 grams Mutton mince (keema) 2 medium Onions chopped 2 teaspoons Garlic chopped 1 teaspoon Lemon juice 1 teaspoon Dried oregano to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Cumin powder 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder for shallow frying Olive oil Method Grind together mutton mince, onions and garlic and transfer into a bowl. Add lemon juice, oregano, crushed peppercorns, salt, cumin powder and turmeric powder and mix well. Divide the mixture into twelve equal portions and shape them into oblong kababs. Heat some olive oil in a non-stick pan. Place the kababs in it and shallow-fry, stirring often, till golden and fully cooked.
