The capital city of Himachal Pradesh in India, Shimla has many farms of capsicum. Hence, the Hindi name. Besides this, though not loved by all, this veggie is the most essential whenever you plan to dish-up an Indo-Chinese recipe. Ingredients for Three colour Salad Recipe

  • Capsicum chopped 1 medium

  • Eggs boiled 2

  • Green peas 1 tablespoon

  • Onion chopped 1 medium

  • Cabbage shredded 1 small

  • Green chilli chopped 3

  • Salt to taste

  • Cheese grated 2 tablespoons

  • Oregano tablespoons

Method

Step 1

In a bowl mix cheese, oregano, green peas, grated carrots, onion, capsicum, cabage, gren chillies, eggs and salt. Mix well.

Step 2

Serve on top of a bread slice.
