By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken breasts, Orange juice Cuisine Fusion Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 51-60 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Tangy Thyme Chicken 2 Boneless chicken breasts 1 teaspoon Orange juice ½ cup + for garnishing Thyme sprigs 2,3 + to taste Salt 2 teaspoons Fennel seeds (saunf) roasted and crushed to taste Black pepper powder 1 tablespoon Butter 1 teaspoon Olive oil ½ tablespoon + 1 tablespoon Honey 1½ teaspoons Red chilli powder for garnishing Orange segments Method Put ½ cup orange juice, salt, fennel seeds and pepper powder in a bowl. Add chicken, mix well and set aside to marinate for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 180ºC. Heat butter and ½ tablespoon olive oil in a non-stick pan. Place the marinated chicken in it and serr till light brown from both the sides. Put honey, pepper powder and fresh thyme in a bowl and mix well. Add red chilli powder and mix well. Add 1 teaspoon orange juice and 1 teaspoon olive oil and mix well. Place seared chicken on a baking tray, pour the honey mixture on top, put tray in preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes or till the chicken is fully cooked.
