Seed them and gently remove the white pith from inside them. Mix potatoes, cottage cheese, cheese, dried mango powder, raisins, ginger, cumin powder, coriander leaves, cashewnut powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, green chillies and salt in a bowl. Stuff this mixture in the both red and green capsicums and press it down firmly. Heat oil a grill pan and keep the stuffed capsicum upside down, and press gently with your hand. Grill them turning sides so that they cooked evenly all around. Cool, slice them into rings and serve.
