By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients moong Sprouts, Puffed Rice Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Sprout Bhelpuri 1/2 cup moong Sprouts blanched 2 cups Puffed Rice 2 medium Potatoes boiled peeled and diced 1 small Raw mango chopped 1 medium Onion chopped to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Chaat masala 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2-3 Green chillies,chopped 1/2 cup Sweet date and tamarind chutney 2 tablespoons Red chilli Garlic Chutney 1/2 cup Sev 8 Papdis Method Take potatoes in a bowl. Add raw mango, onion, most of the sprouted moong, salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, coriander leaves, green chillies, sweet date and tamarind chutney and red chilli and garlic chutney and mix. Add kurmura, nylon sev and crushed papdis and mix.
