This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Sep 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Dosa batter, Cabbage Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Spring Dosa 2 cups Dosa batter to taste Cabbage 2 tablespo Oil 1 medium Onion 1 cup Cabbage 1 medium Green capsicum 2 medium Carrots grated 1 Spring onion 3-4 Spring onion greens 1/2 tablespoons Light soy sauce 5 tablespoons Sichuan sauce 1/2 cup Bean sprouts Method Heat a non-stick dosa tawa. Add salt to dosa batter and mix well. Slice onion, shred cabbage, cut capsicum into thin strips. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion, carrots, cabbage and capsicum. Chop a spring onion and spring onion greens and add. Toss well. Wipe the dosa tawa with a lightly oiled cloth. Pour a ladle of dosa batter and spread it evenly to a round shape. Drizzle a little oil all around. Add salt, soy sauce and a little Sichuan sauce to the vegetables and mix. Add bean sprouts, toss and switch off the heat.
