Ingredients for Spinach and Avocado Dip Recipe

  • Fresh spinach leaves (palak) 6-8

  • Avocado 1 medium

  • Jalapeno finely chopped 1

  • Garlic chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Small onions finely chopped 1

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • Sour cream 5 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh parsley chopped 1 tablespo for garnishing

Method

Step 1

Grind together jalapeno, garlic, onion, lemon juice, sour cream, salt, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, avocado flesh and torn spinach leaves to a smooth mixture.

Step 2

Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
