Spicy Paneer Rolls Crisp on the outside and spicy, soft, cheesy and full of flavour on the inside – these Spicy Paneer Rolls are a great snack to have with evening chai. By Sanjeev Kapoor 25 Oct 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Paneer (cottage cheese), Potato Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Spicy Paneer Rolls 1 cup Paneer (cottage cheese) grated 1 medium Potato boiled, peeled and grated 2-3 Green chillies finely chopped 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 8 White bread slices ½ cup Bread crumbs 3 tablespoons Processed cheese grated 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped ½ teaspoon Chaat masala to taste Salt to deep fry Oil Method Take cottage cheese in a bowl. Add potato, breadcrumbs, cheese, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, chaat masala, green chillies and salt and mix well. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Discard edges of bread slices and flatten them with a rolling pin. Put the slices on a worktop, place a portion of cottage cheese mixture on one side, roll tightly, trim edges, cut into two parts and secure each with a toothpick. Deep-fry rolls in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
