Ingredients list for Smoked Fish Salad

  • 1 cup Smoked marlin fish , sliced
  • 2-3 stalks Spring onion greens , chopped
  • ½ Raw mango , peeled and sliced into thin fingers
  • 1 medium Tomato , seeded and sliced into thin fingers
  • 1 medium Onion , sliced
  • 3 teaspoons Passion fruit
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 2 teaspoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper powder
  • 2-3 to decorate Lemon slices

Method

  1. Put smoked fish, spring onion greens, raw mango, tomatoes and onions into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add passion fruit, squeeze the juice of ½ lemon, add extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper powder and mix well
  3. Transfer onto a serving plate, decorate with lemon slices and serve immediately.
