Roughly chop ginger and put in a grinder jar. Add garlic cloves, roughly chopped green chillies, mustard seeds, yogurt, gram flour and 4-5 tbsps water and grind into a smooth paste. Reduce heat, add cinnamon, cloves and cumin seeds to the pan and sauté for ½ minute. Add chicken pieces and salt and mix well. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add ground paste, mix well, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add spinach puree, mix well, cover and cook till the chicken is fully cooked. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
