Ingredients list for Penne and Broccoli in Creamy Sauce

  • 2 cups Penne boiled
  • 8-10 small Broccoli florets, blanched
  • 2 cups White sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 8-10 Garlic cloves finely chopped
  • for garnishing Crushed red chillies 2 teaspoons +
  • to taste Salt
  • ½ cup Milk
  • for garnishing Parmesan cheese powder 2 teaspoons +

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, add the garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.
  2. Add crushed red chillies and white sauce and mix well.
  3. Add broccoli, salt and pasta, toss well and cook for 2 minutes. Adjust the consistency by adding the milk.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese powder and mix well.
  5. Serve hot garnished with crushed red chillies and Parmesan cheese powder.
