Heat 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil in a non stick pan. Add onion and potatoes and mix. Add salt, crushed red chillies, dried mixed herbs and mix well and cook for 1 minute. Add refined flour and toss. Spread the contents of 1 bottle arabiatta sauce in a baking dish evenly. Add 2 tbsps parmesan cheese powder to the potatoes and mix well. Put these potatoes over the sauce in the baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese powder over them. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
