By Sanjeev Kapoor 28 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Potatoes, Parmesan cheese powder Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Parmesan Hash Browns 4 medium Potatoes parboiled, peeled and grated ¼ cup Parmesan cheese powder 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns 1-2 Fresh thyme sprigs 2 tablespoons Butter Method Preheat oven to 200° C. Take potatoes, garlic powder, salt, crushed peppercorns, parmesan cheese, torn thyme sprigs and butter in a bowl and mix well. Put potato mixture into small cupcake moulds tray and flatten lightly. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and demould.
