By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Jun 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Paneer (cottage cheese), Egg Cuisine Italian Course Desserts Prep Time 3-3.30 hour Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Paneer Tiramisu 200 grams Paneer (cottage cheese) 1 Egg 70 grams Sugar 1/3 cup Fresh cream 200 grams Whipped cream Sponge fingers 8-9 + for garnishing 2 teaspoons Coffee powder Syrup 20 millilitres Rum 20 grams Sugar 2 tablespoons Coffee powder Method To make syrup, mixrum, sugar, coffee powder and forty ml boiling water in a bowl. Keep aside. Beat the eggs and sugar together with an electric beater in a large bowl till creamy and smooth. Beat the cottage cheese with the electric beater in another bowl till smooth.Add fresh cream gradually and mix again till smooth. Add the beaten eggs and the sugar mixture to the cottage cheese mixture and fold into it. Beat the whipping cream with an electric beater in a separate bowl and fold into the cottage cheese mixture. Fill the paneer mixture into a piping bag. To assemble the tiramisu, place sponge fingers on the bottom of individual serving glasses.Pipe three-fourth of the cottage cheese mixture over it. Sprinkle with some coffee powder. Refrigerate for two-three hours. Keep the remaining cottage cheese mixture in the refrigerator. Remove the glasses and pipe out remaining cottage cheese mixture till full. Dust reserved coffee powder over the tiramisu.
