Peel and mash the boiled potatoes. Mix together paneer, potatoes, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala, salt and raisins. Soak raisins in warm water for some time before use. Heat oil in a kadai. Make cylindrical shaped croquettes. Beat the egg. Roll the croquettes in refined flour then dip in egg, roll in the bread crumbs. For vegetarians, mix maida with water and dip the croquettes in this mixture. Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
